Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles within the engineered products industry.
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of people leadership experience in a product management environment.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in a B2B product environment is preferable.
  • Success Metrics: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept to market.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, financial metrics, and customer feedback to drive informed decisions.
  • Product Strategy: Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working with Agile methodologies and product management tools/software is a plus.
  • Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
