Role Overview: Clinical Implementation Specialist

As a Clinical Implementation Specialist at hellocare, you will play a pivotal role in deploying our virtual care platform across health systems, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing support. This senior-level position reports directly to the CEO and Founder and is crucial to the success of our platform implementations. You will be responsible for guiding service delivery processes, ensuring a smooth transition for clients from onboarding through to sustained service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical expertise to health systems by advising on optimal clinical workflows, industry best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of hellocare's platform implementations, from deployment through ongoing support.
  • Oversee project management activities for client onboarding, ensuring workflows are tailored for success and accelerating their 'revenue-live' status.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure accurate understanding of client needs and expectations.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs), project milestones, and onboarding tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and progress updates.
  • Develop and optimize service delivery processes, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-sales to deployment and support.
  • Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with telehealth industry standards and regulations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for service delivery issues, working cross-functionally to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Provide regular performance reports to executive leadership, highlighting service outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of service-related activities and client records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and R&D, to incorporate client feedback into our platform and services.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies, promoting long-term satisfaction and reducing churn.
Your Profile:
  • Clinical Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital setting.
  • Licensure: Current RN license required.
  • Service Management Expertise: Strong experience in service delivery management, with a deep understanding of best practices and processes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the telehealth industry, including regulations and standards.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Training & Support: Experience in training hospital staff and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide service teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
