Asset Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Onsite Wellness Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our client management team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive corporate health promotion programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute health promotion programs, including health screenings, awareness events, and classes, to promote employee wellbeing and engagement.
- Lead the onsite implementation of the company-wide wellness incentive program, building relationships with employees and leadership to drive participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with the client management team to develop and analyze reports on health data, participation, and program results to inform strategic actions.
- Design and deliver coaching sessions to encourage healthy lifestyle habits and behavior change, utilizing evidence-based practices and motivational interviewing techniques.
- Assist with the integration of online wellness platforms and onsite activities to create a seamless user experience.
- Conduct new hire trainings and orientation on wellness program offerings and benefits.
- Develop and deploy communications to promote program offerings and events, leveraging health plan and community resources to support employee wellbeing.
- Bachelor's degree in health, wellness, public health, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in health promotion, behavioral change methodology, and/or project management.
- National Board Health and Wellbeing Coach Eligibility.
- 2+ years of wellness program management or coordination experience.
- Experience working with senior-level positions and developing strategic partnerships.
- Certifications in wellness, health promotion, or a related field.
