Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture techniques.
  • Process urine samples and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to record maintenance data and decontamination procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a lab or hospital setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in Phlebotomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
