Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership, communication, and training skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to regularly walk, climb, crouch, and move up to 50 pounds at a time, with a stable work history and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
