Key Responsibilities:

* Manage restaurant operations, including labor management, store operations, and guest relations

* Direct and train team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation

* Assist in achieving goals set by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager

* Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in difficult situations

* Cultivate a positive and attractive culture within the restaurant

* Possess superior leadership, organizational, and time management skills

* Proactive problem-solver and decision-maker

* Must understand the importance of good hygiene and food handling practices

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1 year of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience

* Food Handler Certification required

* Experience using a computer and register (POS) system

* Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays

Minimum Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience

* Food Handler Certification required

* Experience using a computer and register (POS) system

* Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
