We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Facilitator to join our team. This role involves managing and guiding IT initiatives within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring effective planning, design, and execution to fulfill project requirements.
  • Ensure that user stories are thoroughly defined and prepared for development, proactively identifying and resolving complex challenges while supporting sprint goals.
  • Establish and mentor a new Agile Scrum team to enhance delivery and determine team velocity.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and Development Team to maintain transparency of team artifacts and facilitate alignment for high-quality story delivery.
  • Promote digital transformation, oversee release management, and implement Agile practices, including coaching stakeholders and tracking Agile metrics.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of experience in an Agile Project Facilitator role, with a focus on the following areas:
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, establishing team agreements, and coaching teams in the application of the Scrum Framework and Agile principles.
  • Collaborating with solution architects on cloud service models and leading the migration of infrastructure and applications to cloud environments.
  • Coaching Product Owners and development teams in backlog refinement and Agile best practices to enhance team performance and agility.
  • Providing Agile leadership training, conducting workshops, and improving Agile maturity through effective communication and coaching.
  • A background in Retail Banking is preferred.
