Data Integration Lead Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and execute day-to-day activities
  • Examine and evaluate project status, identifying potential risks and issues
  • Determine the appropriateness of presentation content and materials for Governance forums
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project and allocate/co-ordinate work within the team
  • Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems
  • Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments and serve as a subject matter expert for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes
  • Conduct analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives
  • Develop and articulate business requirements and map current and future state processes
  • Contribute tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years relevant experience in Banking or Finance preferred
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
  • Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
  • Familiarity with data concepts
  • Communicates effectively and develops and delivers multi-mode communications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
