Salary & Benefits

About the Role

As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist, you'll work closely with patients to identify their goals and needs, providing tailored treatment plans that promote optimal mobility and function. Your 'patient-first' approach will establish trust and rapport, motivating patients to achieve their full potential. You'll also communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

  • You'll create custom treatment plans using various techniques to improve clients' motion and mobility.
  • Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally and achieve their goals.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other relevant healthcare providers.
  • Complete daily documentation with appropriate charges & authorization requirements within established deadlines.
  • Discharge patients appropriately, providing education and home programs as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • A valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility to apply.
