As a key member of the Compensation Team, you will play a vital role in designing, analyzing, and implementing executive compensation programs for two public companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the completion of the CD&A of the Annual Proxy and other relevant executive compensation disclosures for Genworth and our public subsidiary, Enact
- Prepare proxy-related materials, including draft CD&A tables
- Assist in creating materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
- Conduct executive-level pay and market best practice benchmarking, monitoring applicable SEC, accounting, and tax regulations to ensure plans remain compliant and competitive
- Manage activities for long-term incentive program design, budgeting, and planning processes
- Lead executive compensation projects from design to execution, including modeling, planning, communication, and training
- Prepare ad-hoc compensation analyses and reports as requested by Senior Leadership
- Administer, communicate, and report on long-term incentive compensation programs, including equity- and cash-based long-term incentive programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation, broad-based compensation, finance, data analytics, or a related field
- Desired candidate will have experience completing the CD&A portion of the Proxy for a public company
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy and demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets and develop actionable conclusions
- Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and both written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, able to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
- Strong sensitivity to handling confidential information
- Extremely detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability, integrity, and discretion
- Exceptional Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
