Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the completion of the CD&A of the Annual Proxy and other relevant executive compensation disclosures for Genworth and our public subsidiary, Enact
  • Prepare proxy-related materials, including draft CD&A tables
  • Assist in creating materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
  • Conduct executive-level pay and market best practice benchmarking, monitoring applicable SEC, accounting, and tax regulations to ensure plans remain compliant and competitive
  • Manage activities for long-term incentive program design, budgeting, and planning processes
  • Lead executive compensation projects from design to execution, including modeling, planning, communication, and training
  • Prepare ad-hoc compensation analyses and reports as requested by Senior Leadership
  • Administer, communicate, and report on long-term incentive compensation programs, including equity- and cash-based long-term incentive programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation, broad-based compensation, finance, data analytics, or a related field
  • Desired candidate will have experience completing the CD&A portion of the Proxy for a public company
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy and demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets and develop actionable conclusions
  • Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and both written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, able to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
  • Strong sensitivity to handling confidential information
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability, integrity, and discretion
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
