Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing direct patient care as a Psychotherapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive intake assessments, treatment planning, and promoting patient progress with goals, including individual, couples, family, or group therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a patient caseload and provide patient care that is appropriate to the age and diagnoses of the patients served.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of patients.
  • Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in counseling or social work.
  • Illinois licensure as a LCPC or LCSW.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively provide quality patient care.
  • Knowledge of the principles of growth and development as well as physical, emotional, and psycho-social needs of the patient population served.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience post master's degree completion.
  • 2 years of experience working with the age and diagnoses of the population served.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.
