Job Overview

MSR-FSR is seeking a highly skilled Implant Test and Rebuild Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing, rebuilding, cleaning, and inspecting parts and assemblies from high-tech semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure proper stocking and minimize downtime.
  • Receive, inspect, process, package, and transport parts and components with precision and attention to detail.
  • Operate and maintain processing equipment, including media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, and ovens, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Clean equipment using a combination of mechanical and chemical cleaning techniques, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Utilize safety equipment, including hearing protection, safety glasses, and chemical-resistant aprons, to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Handle potentially hazardous materials, following established manufacturing and safety procedures.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to stringent micro-contamination protocols and wearing required cleanroom garments.
  • Adhere to all corporate, industry, and site protocols and procedures, ensuring a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Ensure work areas, equipment, and tools are clean and properly maintained, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Read and understand written work instructions and procedures, annotating each step as complete when finished.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening and background check.
  • Ability and willingness to use a respirator during work, if applicable.
  • Flexibility to work a compressed work week, 12-hour shifts on a 4/3 day per week rotation, with night and day shifts available.
  • Experience with basic hand tools in a professional or personal setting.
  • Local candidates only.

  • Additional remarks regarding work environment: Chemical hazards are primarily mitigated through engineering controls, but some uncontrolled chemical from incidental spills requiring cleanup evaluation may require use of respirator and other PPE.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and respirators.
  • Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
