Position Overview

Become an integral part of a leading food production organization dedicated to supporting local agriculture and delivering top-notch products. This role focuses on the upkeep, repair, and installation of various machinery, including inline scales, labeling systems, barcode scanners, and other machine controls throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure equipment is calibrated correctly to meet production requirements and adjust as necessary.
  • Conduct regular equipment audits and document findings to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Make necessary adjustments based on audit results and communicate any changes needed to meet operational standards.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on machinery as required or assigned.
  • Foster positive working relationships with team leaders, colleagues, and department heads.
  • Provide insights to supervisors regarding any equipment or process issues.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Assist maintenance personnel or other departments as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with inline scales, barcode scanners, labeling systems, metal detectors, and related programming software.
  • Basic understanding of PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and associated programming tools.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and various software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
