Key Responsibilities:
The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Operations Manager with various tasks, including:

  • Managing customer inquiries and booking programs through phone communications
  • Creating and assisting with print marketing materials, including flyers and advertisements
  • Supporting the administration of educational programs, camps, and events
  • Filling in as an instructor when required

Required Skills:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Work Schedule:
We offer a flexible work schedule, requiring 20-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours. All team members participate in a rotating weekend schedule.


Compensation:
