Position Overview

- Manage payment collections and issue receipts for patient accounts as necessary.
- Supervise the Switch Board operations, handling all incoming calls, transfers, intercom communications, and paging systems.
- Provide comprehensive support to patients, families, visitors, and various departments, adhering to the core values and standards of Providence Health & Services.
