Position Overview:
The Healthcare Access Coordinator plays a crucial role in gathering essential demographic data to ensure billing accuracy by confirming patient details and verifying insurance and third-party payer eligibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify patient information for billing purposes.
- Process payments and issue receipts as necessary.
- Manage the operations of the Switchboard, including handling incoming calls, transfers, and intercom communications.
