Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Management
    • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies.

    • Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and other brand assets.

    • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure deliverables are aligned with brand objectives.

    • Analyze brand performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
  4. Event and Campaign Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and execution of brand-related events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate the logistics for trade shows, product launches, and other brand events.
    • Ensure that all marketing and event materials align with the brand's voice and image.
  5. Content Management
    • Support content creation efforts, ensuring that messaging aligns with the brand's tone and objectives.
    • Maintain an organized library of brand assets and ensure that they are up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
  6. Social Media and Digital Presence
    • Monitor and manage the brand's presence across social media platforms.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure the brand is represented consistently in online campaigns.
    • Monitor online conversations and feedback regarding the brand and provide timely responses when needed.
  7. Internal Communication
    • Act as a liaison between the brand management team and other departments to ensure brand initiatives are communicated effectively.
    • Coordinate internal branding efforts to promote brand awareness within the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role, preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in execution.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Metricool, Canva, Semrush experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Work Environment
  • Office setting.
  • May involve travel to events, trade shows, or meetings with vendors and partners.
Pay Rate

$15.00 - $17.00 DOE
