Residential Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Residential Documentation Coordinator to join our team at Intercept Health. As a key member of our Residential Admissions Department, you will be responsible for building treatment plans for residents placed in our Residential Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans for residents in our Residential Programs.
- Attend treatment team meetings to obtain required signatures for treatment plans.
- Provide administrative support and coordination to the Residential Admissions Department and Operations overall.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services from an accredited college or university.
- Experience with Licensing and Medicaid documentation standards for Children's Residential Services preferred.
