Job Summary
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in our Acute Care Setting. Working under the clinical direction of the registered nurse (RN), the PCT performs a variety of delegated patient care services that require strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care services in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and other clinical tasks as directed by the RN
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; BLS certification preferred
- 1+ year(s) of experience in an acute care setting preferred
