Role Overview

This role requires a CNA with experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities. You will be responsible for providing quality support to individuals, maintaining their comfort, privacy, and dignity. If you have excellent communication skills and can lift up to 50 pounds, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and assistance with daily activities.
  • Conduct regular checks on residents' vital signs and report any changes to the Program Director.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress.
Requirements
  1. CURRENT nursing assistant certification in Massachusetts.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
  3. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
