Job Description

This role involves providing quality support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities, including:

  • Assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ambulation.
  • Maintenance of accurate progress notes and participation in individual service plan (ISP) meetings.
  • Medical and clinical support, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and transportation to medical appointments.

The salary for this position is approximately $32,000-$42,000 per year, depending on experience.
