Territory Sales Leader Specialist

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Leader. This role is responsible for driving new business and growth in the Naperville area, leveraging our proven sales system and building a self-sustaining referral stream.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales, with a ability to work independently and manage their own time. They will be goal-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and possess excellent communication skills to establish trust and rapport quickly.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 per year, plus monthly sales and management bonuses, and industry leading incentives. The company also offers stock ownership plan, ongoing corporate sponsored sales and leadership training seminars, and positive company culture fostered by the sense of ownership and empowerment.
