Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Applying comprehensive knowledge of methods and procedures to perform a variety of functions and services relevant to the position.
- Planning, organizing, and managing diverse activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Facilitating cooperation and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
- Utilizing effective communication techniques to engage with senior leadership and stakeholders, addressing sensitive and complex issues with tact and diplomacy.
- Leading and mentoring project teams, providing on-the-job training to enhance team capabilities.
- Implementing and managing real estate projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Conducting thorough analyses of project data and status, establishing systems for reporting and control.
- Administering budgets and conducting program analysis to support organizational objectives.
- Identifying trends and resolving issues related to resources, space, funding, and project requirements.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
- At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical and evaluative methods to guide employee training and project development.
- Experience in budget administration and program analysis.
