Position Overview:

As a Client Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Applying comprehensive knowledge of methods and procedures to perform a variety of functions and services relevant to the position.
  • Planning, organizing, and managing diverse activities to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Facilitating cooperation and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
  • Utilizing effective communication techniques to engage with senior leadership and stakeholders, addressing sensitive and complex issues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Leading and mentoring project teams, providing on-the-job training to enhance team capabilities.
  • Implementing and managing real estate projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of project data and status, establishing systems for reporting and control.
  • Administering budgets and conducting program analysis to support organizational objectives.
  • Identifying trends and resolving issues related to resources, space, funding, and project requirements.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
  • At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical and evaluative methods to guide employee training and project development.
  • Experience in budget administration and program analysis.
