- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to help employees improve their performance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with LEAN manufacturing practices and continuous improvement concepts preferred.
