  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and safety, to ensure that production goals are met and that any issues are addressed promptly.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with LEAN manufacturing practices and continuous improvement concepts preferred.
