- Monitor and coordinate training to ensure tasks are completed as required by standard work and work instructions.
- Evaluate performance, recommend disciplinary action as needed, and interpret and enforce policies.
- Eliminate wastes through standardization, best practices, line stops, and verbatim compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal and customer requirements.
- 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Supervisory experience in a union environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with LEAN manufacturing practices and continuous improvement concepts.
- PSM systems knowledge and management of change experience.
- A competitive base pay with variable additional compensation opportunities.

Salary Range: $63,100 to $81,900/annually
