Customer Experience Bookseller Specialist

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support across all lines of business. Your primary goal will be to provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, while utilizing the most effective methods and tools available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints, identifying potential causes and implementing solutions.
- Work with multiple queues and skill sets as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technologically astute with strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
