The Ladders is in search of a Regional Operations Manager to enhance our team. This role will oversee the comprehensive administrative and operational performance, ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction across our Primary Care Practices.

In this position, you will:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple practices, including staff management, scheduling, and patient flow.
  • Collaborate with human resources, unit leaders, and practice leadership to recruit, train, and nurture staff.
  • Facilitate monthly team meetings at each site, regularly communicating key operational metrics with healthcare providers.
  • Work alongside Practice Administrators and physician unit leaders to improve operations, address challenges, and maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Design, implement, and sustain a comprehensive orientation program that familiarizes staff with departmental policies, procedures, and job responsibilities.
  • Contribute to quality enhancement initiatives and ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy, medical records, and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise Medical Assistant and Front Desk Leads regarding scheduling, leave, overtime, expenditures, and supplies in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a Practice Manager or multi-practice leadership role is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical groups or comparable healthcare positions is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in staff retention, development, and team building is essential.
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive demeanor are crucial.
  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities are necessary.
