About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Asset Backed Securities (ABS) team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our syndicate, you will play a critical role in the marketing, distribution, and pricing of ABS new issuance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with colleagues in ABS Banking, Secondary Trading, and Sales to achieve optimal transaction execution
  • Develop cohesive strategies for marketing ABS new issues, considering market conditions, supply and demand, and investor feedback
  • Formulate and recommend a specific strategy for bringing the new issue to market, delivering recommendations to the issuer after consulting with banking, secondary trading, and joint lead managers
  • Communicate with Sales to develop orders for the new issue, tracking orders and communicating deal status
  • Ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations during the distribution of marketing materials and deal updates
  • Provide market updates to ABS bankers and issuer clients, developing active and productive dialogues with key investor clients
  • Support senior management reports monitoring market conditions and trends, contributing to the development of new product initiatives and structures
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid Series 7, 63, and 79 registrations
  • Ideal candidate has at least 3 years' banking experience with significant exposure to capital markets activities
Key Skills and Knowledge
  • Comprehensive knowledge of North American Asset Back Securities markets, with wide practical application
  • Strong computer skills, including Bloomberg and MS Office, with working knowledge of Intex
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle tasks and issues proactively
  • Strong work ethic, detail orientation, and team player
