Caregiver Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at CareGivers Management Company LLC. As a key member of our home care agency, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a scheduler at a home care agency and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for scheduling caregivers for home care assignments, ensuring that all shifts are covered, and conducting client-caregiver introductions.
In addition to your scheduling responsibilities, you will also conduct home supervision visits and manage caregivers to achieve an acceptable level of patient/client satisfaction. You will be the point of contact for client concerns or complaints and will work closely with our administrative team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
