Job Summary:

Nutricia North America is seeking a Full Line Territory Manager to cover Dallas, Ft Worth, Lubbock, Amarillo, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, nutrition and/or medical equipment industry or 3+ years of clinical experience in healthcare practitioners' offices, hospitals, and/or medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build partnerships with key customers and key centers.
  • Have a consultative selling approach and promotion of products within customer segments in assigned territory through Face to Face and Virtual communication with medical professionals, dietitians and nurses.
  • Plan and conduct programs and activities (inservices, continuing health education programs, regional meetings, etc.) that will drive growth of brands and products in territory.
  • Have a consultative selling and promotion of products to key home health care/DMEs within the region and locally to develop strategic partnerships that will drive growth of brands and products in the territory and region.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, nutrition and/or medical equipment industry or 3+ years of clinical experience in healthcare practitioners' offices, hospitals, and/or medical facilities.
  • Nutrition and/or clinical experience preferred.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD), Licensed Dietitian (LD) or Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Reside in the assigned territory and travel 25-35%.

The base compensation range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.
