Job Description Overview

We're seeking an experienced Outside Sales Account Executive to join our Commercial Account team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with mid-market clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • You'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, aligning Yardi's solutions to deliver effective results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial mid-market accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and growth.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales process, including handling renewals, managing client escalations, and other related duties.

About You

  • A minimum of three years (3+) of experience in sales, with a focus on software product sales.
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales in software or tech industry, preferably in the commercial sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and compelling sales presentations.

About Our Compensation

  • An annual base salary range of $85K - $95K.
