Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to lead our team and drive guest satisfaction. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for motivating and coaching our team members to deliver outstanding service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to improve restaurant performance.
Requirements
  • Previous Management or Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and management.
  • Ability to Lift Up to 55 Pounds: The ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 55 pounds, as needed.
