Key Responsibilities:

  • We inspire our customers with our service and have conversations in our customer center and over the phone
  • We identify customer needs and answer questions, such as those regarding annual billing
  • We take care of existing customers of Eclipse Solutions
  • We conduct tariff consultations and create offers for customers with the goal of long-term customer retention
  • We explain contract relationships, such as price adjustments, contract duration, rights and obligations
  • We handle customer inquiries, such as those regarding moving, changing contracts, and adjusting installments
  • We maintain master data and make adjustments and corrections to customer data in SAP
  • We work closely with the teams of billing, debt management, and contract processing
  • Provide technical support for our team
  • Completed vocational training (commercial)
