Customer Service Sales Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Enhance Recruiting in Houston, TX. This critical role will manage and communicate with internal resources to ensure client and company goals are achieved. The successful candidate will provide competitive pay and a robust benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal support and serve as a liaison between the sales team and clients, supporting all internal departments.
- Perform duties with a foundation of trust and the highest ethical conduct, following established safety rules, company policies, and procedures.
- Estimate and provide quotes to customers, process and verify purchase orders, and establish delivery times on orders.
- Record customer changes and process them through production, analyze warehouse items, and replenish based on data analysis with management approval.
- Support teams to ensure proper design and execution of orders, identify required materials, and analyze and purchase bulk buys on litho and top sheets with management approval.
- Monitor production processes for communication purposes, including fulfillment, shipping, and logistics requirements, and track warehouse items, orders milestones, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years of experience in the corrugated packaging manufacturing industry required.
- Proficiency in Amtech or other corrugated systems, excellent planning and organizational skills, and excellent business acumen, management, and development.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask, manage multiple challenges, and work under pressure with multiple interruptions.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, demonstrated aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making, and results-oriented with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
