We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Software Developer III to enhance our capabilities. This role is pivotal in our operations, focusing on software design, development, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, engineer, and develop software systems and delivery processes, including DevOps pipelines.
  • Analyze and model software development and deployment processes, assisting projects in adopting Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with government leaders to define project context, challenges, and strategic vision.
  • Develop Agile frameworks, plans, and architectures to support software development and operational analysis.
  • Oversee and mentor junior developers, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Possession of one of the following certifications within six months of employment:
    • CCNA-Security
    • CySA+
    • GICSP
    • GSEC
    • Security+ CE
    • CND
    • SSCP
  • Additional experience may be required for candidates without a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Agile development environments.
  • Relevant industry certifications.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This position necessitates an active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills with peers and management.
  • Frequent operation of a computer and office machinery.
  • Occasional movement within the office environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The projected salary range for this position is $134,700-$224,700, influenced by various factors such as experience, skills, and education. ManTech offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
