  • Accurately process payments from external operations within designated closing timelines.
  • Collaborate with Division Orders to verify and reconcile external oil and gas receivables.
  • Clear transactions in the Undistributed Oil and Gas Revenue Payables account.
  • Engage directly with operators to address and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SAP software.
  • Proficient in MS Word.
  • Experience in oil and gas accounting is preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Requires extended periods of sitting, along with some bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient for operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
