Job Overview

The Texas A&M University System is seeking a dedicated Ticket Sales Executive who will be instrumental in enhancing revenue through the promotion and sale of season tickets, group packages, and premium seating for athletic events at the Division 1 level. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including generating sales, managing client relationships, forecasting revenue, setting objectives, delivering sales presentations, providing customer service, organizing sales events, and maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate ticket sales revenue through outreach and networking efforts.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Formulate sales strategies and project revenue outcomes.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Support and participate in promotional sales events.
  • Ensure accurate data management within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in collegiate athletics and familiarity with ticketing operations are advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

A successful track record in sales, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office are essential.
