- Utilize power pneumatic and manual tools effectively.
- Operate forklifts and hoists safely and efficiently.
- Engage in repetitive assembly tasks of components and sub-assemblies according to specified methods and sequences.
- Adhere to company policies and union agreements, demonstrating flexibility in meeting essential job functions.
- Be available to work various shifts and overtime as required to fulfill production needs.
- Perform multiple roles both within and outside the designated product area.
- Wear all necessary safety equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Follow all established plant regulations and procedures.
- Contribute positively to team dynamics within the assigned work area.
Additional Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Prior manufacturing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work any shift as needed.
- Capability to operate a Powered Industrial Vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting wage: $22.85 per hour.
- Additional pay for second and weekend shifts.
- Vacation benefits available after the completion of the probationary period.
- PTO/Sick Leave granted after six months of employment.
- 401K matching program.
- Medical benefits provided after the probationary period.
