We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at ASML US, LLC. As a key member of our San Diego site leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic and operational alignment across all sectors and supporting sectors outside of San Diego.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the San Diego site strategy, including deployment at sector level and management of breakthrough activities.
- Communicate effectively with site leadership teams and stakeholders to ensure awareness of goals, activities, and results.
- Own and organize San Diego Management Team (SDMT) meetings, offsites, and other events to maximize meeting times and calendar bandwidth.
- Streamline communication and information flow within the site through management of communication and organization structures.
- Assist with organizational assessments and facilitation of reorganizations within the site.
- Drive operational efficiency and optimization by identifying process synergies and best practices.
- Act as the eyes and ears for leadership regarding site-wide topics, policies, or other global initiatives that impact San Diego.
- Bachelor's degree with an MBA, MPA, or CSA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including management, project management, and change leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in a business leadership role with a focus on executive-level advising, project execution, and cross-functional/sector collaboration in a challenging stakeholder landscape.
- Competitive annual salary range: $159,375-265,625.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.

- Eight hours of vacation leave every month and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
