About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our Product & Design recruiting team. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling-up a high-performing recruiting team focused on recruiting exceptional product managers and product designers.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead the product & design recruiting team at a high-growth company. You will develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract top talent, build and lead a high-performing team, establish and optimize recruiting processes, and partner with product managers & designers to understand hiring needs.

You will leverage data and analytics to measure recruiting effectiveness and continuously improve our systems. Additionally, you will stay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in product & design recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract exceptional product managers and product designers
  • Build and lead a high-performing product & design recruiting team
  • Establish and optimize recruiting processes to effectively evaluate technical capabilities of potential candidates
  • Partner with product managers & designers to understand hiring needs across core business verticals
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure recruiting effectiveness and continuously improve our systems
  • Stay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in product & design recruitment
Requirements
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years of experience managing high-performing recruiting teams
  • Strong client management experience, ideally spanning over multiple hiring managers including senior executives
  • Experience recruiting at fast-growth companies that have a high bar for talent
  • Prior recruiting experience in the Product Management and Product Design domains
Nice to Have
  • Experience recruiting for the autonomous systems and robotics industry
  • Experience managing managers

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage, 401(k) retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.

Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors, including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.

Please reference the job posting's subtitle for where this position will be located. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the listed location is: $167,000 - $225,000 USD annually.
