About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at BetterHelp. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new products and features that will enhance the value proposition of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead highly visible and critical initiatives that impact the trajectory of the company, including creating innovative packaging offers that enhance the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Initiate, evaluate, and prioritize ideas, gather requirements, and create specifications for all product changes that will achieve maximum impact and benefit.
  • Analyze and quantify the impact and success of each product change, and draw conclusions and plan next steps based on actual data.
  • Collaborate with the data, development, and design teams to maximize resources' efficiency, utilization, and happiness.
  • Partner with the design team to create a user experience that is both delightful and effective.
  • Perform UAT and functional QA to ensure we're launching only good stuff.
  • Work cross-functionally with all parts of the company to convert insights into product improvements and convey changes to ensure integration and effective use.
  • Connect with external stakeholders to ensure our product meets their needs and requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a product role at a B2C company with proven success through measurable impact and increasing responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing diverse packaging and pricing solutions for clients, resulting in positive revenue outcomes.
  • Growth and experiments-driven mindset with a proven ability to execute and deliver results.
  • Deep understanding of unit/business economics and proven ability to balance business and technical considerations for product decisions.
  • Super analytical: proven experience in using data and relevant tools for driving critical business outcomes.
  • Experience in quickly launching products on a regular basis in an agile environment with a track record of delivering products on time and with high quality.
  • Great eye for UX and understanding of its related metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong attention to detail, able to work independently.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role will be $75-95/hour.
