Working Hours:
Shifts are generally scheduled between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely, compassionate, and accurate responses to inquiries from customers, financial professionals, channel partners, and distributors via phone, email, and chat, while adhering to established service and quality standards.
- Assist clients in initiating various claims processes.
- Clarify and resolve complex issues related to claims, policies, or accounts.
- Achieve or surpass call center performance metrics while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Participate in cross-training for additional product lines after successfully completing the primary training program.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a collaborative approach.
- Strong active listening abilities, empathy, and professional communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Self-driven, punctual, and reliable.
- Trustworthy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficient in computer usage, capable of navigating multiple systems, and possessing strong typing skills.

- Robust knowledge retention and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and advance within the organization.
Technical Requirements:
- A wired internet connection (not Wi-Fi) with service from fiber, cable, or DSL.
- Internet speed: Minimum download speed of 100 Mbps (25 Mbps acceptable), upload speed of 10 Mbps (5 Mbps acceptable).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Proficient in using a keyboard, mouse, and computer for extended periods.
- Capability to use a phone for significant durations throughout the workday.
- Ability to perform tasks involving simple grasping, including handwriting and paper manipulation, periodically throughout the workday.
