Position Summary

As a Membership Concierge, you will serve as a professional in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight, and member/guest engagement. Grow your skills and build your professional network through self-directed progression of our hospitality certification levels and create a customized succession plan to realize your professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences that exceed their expectations.

  • Receive and facilitate incoming calls from members and guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain updated knowledge to educate members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies, ensuring they have a seamless experience.

  • Assist members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes, and transactions, including program, service, and product payments.

  • Serve as the point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

  • Engage in problem-solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

  • Passion to serve others and provide exceptional customer experiences

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field
