The Community Host will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and promoting our brand to guests and the local community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure spaces are clean, well-maintained, and functional at all times.
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a consistent experience with our brand standards.
  • Build relationships with guests to convert occasional visitors into regulars.
  • Sell merchandise and refreshments in the entry space.
  • Open and close spaces each day, and respond promptly to any issues that may arise.
  • Collect feedback from guests and discuss their needs with our headquarters team.
  • Take photos of guests participating in our activities.
  • Facilitate space repairs and furniture deliveries.
  • Attend events and community gatherings to promote our brand and grow our customer base.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to use handheld tools.
  • Excellent people skills and communication abilities.
  • Experience in hospitality, startups, or sales is a plus.
