  • Reservation and Point of Sale Software: Learn and be knowledgeable of our reservation and point of sale software to ensure seamless service.
  • Menu Presentation: Present menus to guests in a clear and concise manner, highlighting our daily specials and promotions.
  • Table Management: Strategize table flow to ensure efficient seating and minimize wait times.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with guests, servers, and management to ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies and regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • TABC Certification: Possess a valid TABC certification.
  • Texas Food Handlers Certificate: Hold a valid Texas Food Handlers certificate.
  • Excellent Guest Service Skills: Demonstrate outstanding guest service skills, including the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Working Conditions

The Host will work in a restaurant setting, interacting with guests, servers, and management. The position requires frequent hand washing, standing, and walking for long periods of time. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds and move around the restaurant is also required.
