We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals.

As a key member of our hospital staff, the Client Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service to our clients and their pets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.

• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and hospital staff.

• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients to build relationships and drive business growth.

• Present and explain fees, including processing payments, in a clear and transparent manner.

• Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions, to meet the needs of our clients and their pets.

• Answer questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.

• Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Maintain a clean and safe hospital environment, including removal of animal waste, to ensure a positive experience for clients and their pets.

**Requirements:**

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and hospital staff.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
