About the Role:

  • Accurately and efficiently prepares and serves a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails and wine selections, to our guests.
  • Provides exceptional service to our guests wishing to dine at the bar, ensuring a prompt and friendly experience.
  • Responsible for beverage service of all areas of the bar and dining room, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Acts as the ultimate ambassador of Le Jardinier's cuisine and culture to our guests, setting the stage for an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and serves beverages to guests, including cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Provides exceptional service to guests, ensuring a prompt and friendly experience.
  • Maintains a clean and organized bar area, including proper set-up and break-down, inventory of supplies, and cleanliness.
  • Accurately manages cash drawer and participates in weekly bar inventory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in a restaurant or establishment of similar caliber.
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent level of education, required.
  • Associate's Degree in Hospitality or equivalent Certification preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable on a wide range of cocktail recipes, wine varietals, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Applicants must be guest-service focused, friendly and outgoing, hardworking, team-oriented, and able to perform with detail and finesse.
