Job Overview

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Teller Lead. As a key member of our Retail Branch team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring tellers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor tellers to develop their customer service skills and knowledge of PNC products and services.
  • Supervise customer interactions and transactions to ensure a positive experience and identify opportunities for referrals.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business results.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and implement training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
