Customer Service Representative

As a Part Time Teller within our Retail Branch organization, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service, processing high-volume customer banking transactions, and educating customers on new technology and banking products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty
- Process a variety of customer interactions, including transactions and referrals
- Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions
- Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems

- Ability to assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities
