Job Overview:

The LaSalle Group is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and smooth operations during the busy benefit enrollment season.

This temporary-to-hire opportunity is ideal for recent college graduates looking to gain valuable experience in a professional environment while contributing to a respected organization. You will be working onsite in a dynamic setting, building your customer service skills and learning from experienced professionals.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from clients, providing assistance and support throughout the benefit enrollment process
- Independently manage the enrollment or benefit change process for clients
- Troubleshoot any issues related to benefit software to ensure client access and satisfaction
- Review and distribute electronic communications for clients accurately and efficiently
- Document and resolve any issues related to enrollment access or administration processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be bilingual/fluent in Spanish
- Previous experience in customer service or client support over the phone is preferred
- Call center experience is a plus
- Interest in human resources or the benefits enrollment process
- Financial experience is a plus but not required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to type and enter data accurately and efficiently
- Professional communication skills
